hey,
i have a 1993 eclipse gsx and im trying to get the stock front rotors off but they are bolted on with what appears to be 10mm bolts. my problem is that a regular socket is too big to get in there and take them off. is there a special tool i need to get these off? or is there a way i can make my own? perhaps if anyone has taken there 1g rotors off and know what tool they used id greatly appreciate it if you passed the info along! i need to get these off asap and im not sure what to use. thanks in advance for your help. :dsm:

1g might be different but on most cars there are two little hols in the center area of the rotor, these holes are made for a 10mm or so bolt to go into and you thread them into the holes and it pulls off the rotors

hey
yeah i changed the rotors last night. apperently i didnt need to undo the bolts to get the rotors off. *doh* thanks for the help though
