Ok i have had some problems with my car the last couple months and am getting irritated. But for now i could really use some help. I have a 93' Eagle talon TSI fwd. The problem is mostly around shifting. When im about to shift or have just shifted and am giving it gas it feels like something is holding the engine back, and it sounds almost like i am holding the clutch in. It happend to me about 5 times today by far the most it has ever happend. And i was on the freeway thinking about it so i gave it a good stomp on the gas and it did it again but this time i hadnt shifted just got it up to higher RPMs near shifting. I really wish i could explain better but its quite odd. All i can say is it feels like the car doesnt have the same power as it did a month ago. HELP PLZ!!! sorry for the long post.

Found out by myself. Turned out to be a vacum hose came off the charcoal filter that ran to the throttle body. Hasnt done it since.
