HESITATION ABOVE 4800, gas smell inside

Hi. My car hesitates above 4,800, and i can smell gas when i am inside the car... but not outside... maybe fuel pump? any ideas? maybe it's unrelated.. looking for local store that i can buy boost leak supplies from

Hesitation is usually spark plugs or plug wires and the gas smell... is it only whn you come to a stop? I would think that is the sign of a bad o2 sensor.

that was my first guess... so i added ngk bpr6es and 8mm wires.. same problem

I would just take a look at the fuel pump, I wouldn't know anything about that so maybe someone else could help...

Are you running a cat, if not that would cause the smell of unburnt fuel.

could be exhaust leak, I'm pretty sure your fuel pump is fine, our fuel pump seldom break. I have the same thing, but I found a hole in my intercooler piping, and I am also replacing the igntion wires and plugs.

made a boost leak checker yesterday.. letting it dry.. will check for leaks today

someone told me it could be the o2 sensor, could this be it? i'm throwing a p107 and p1400 code. p107 - fuel trim
code. p1400 - drivetrain

here's a question. did you remove honeycombs from your mas? if so, this will cause the inside of your car to smell like gas.

yes, i did remove the honeycomb... are there any other bad effects?

dude you are making multiple posts about your car. You already said in another post that you think you have a boost leak and already brought up your engine codes. How about fixing that first before asking other questions. Your boost leak might be causing all these other issues your having.
