BISS Screw

Hey guys. Last night me and a buddy noticed that were my bis screw should be its plugged up and filled with silicon. My car idles funny at first and it will sometimes die on me but I start it again and it idles fine. So i have a feeling its the bis screw. Now, the real question. Were can i get a new screw at? I suppose i could go to the Honda dealersihp and order one but i have a feeling they will charge me quite a bit. So can I stick anything in the hole and adjust the idle?

Anyone have a picture of where the BISS screw is? My idle is a little weird and I want to see if that may be it. I'm pretty new to the DSM world and trying to learn where everything is in the engine bay. I tried searching but no luck. Thx guys.

Located on upper right side of your throttle body. Right next to the throttle possition sensor.
