apexi turbo timer q

Ok i have the turbo timer just about completely hooked up and it works fine. I have a few questions
1. on the intructions for the o2 sensor wire its says to put it on pin 2 we did that and when we put the timer to read a/f it blinks red and green. So where exactly is this white wire supposed to go. I looked at a ecu pinout and found pin 2 but its not working. what could be wrong?
2. The o2 portion of the timer is reading 4.5 and fluctuates to 4.49. what exactly is this telling me and how do can i use it to my benefit(instructions were in chinese)
3. what is my voltage supposed to be at?
i tried to do a search but mostly found wiring for a 2g.
