High oil pressure?

the oil pressure is almost to the last line (1g). is that bad, it only does it crusing down the highway at like 3000rpms.

also if i let the car idle to cool down, and rev the gas after its been idling about for like a miniute it will smoke.

No clue on the oil pressure. My general rule is that if its in the lines and the oil light doesn't come on you are in good shape. I would guess valve seals on the smoke or perhaps a bad head gasket. We need more details to divulge further into this problem.
