EGT Probe shot?

My EGT gauge has been reading funny now and I was wondering if this comes from the probe going bad? At idle it will sit at the 12 (1200) mark and crusing at 50 in 5th gear its around 14 and on the highway doing 75 or so its 15+....is this normal, OK or should they be lower and do I just need to replace the probe? Thanks.

sound a little high at idle, unless your talking about stop and go. The other temps sound normal.
