The other day i was driving and my car just crapped out on me, the turbo wasnt spooling up at all. I took of my dejontool intake pipe and the rubber piece between the intake and turbo was half sucked into the turbo. I took it out, checked to see if the fins hit anywhere on the housing and nothing, it spins fine, no rubbing. The only thing is one fin is bent a little bit. After i put everything back on it spooled up fine but it makes this loud whisteling and gets louder when it builds more boost. I tightened everything 3 or 4 times...Any ideas?
