Did Victory Performance go out of business?

Sorry to post this here, but i dont know any other way of finding this out.

About a month ago i placed an order with Victory Performance. I never recieved my parts, and i never got billed on my credit card. I tried emailing them, and my mail keeps on getting sent back to me. I have tried calling them numerous times, and it rings, but noone picks up, and it goes to a machine.
Does anyone know if Victory Performance went out of business? This is starting to get me a little mad, especially since i gave them my credit card info...

thanks. I'm guessing i should just wait longer for it to come in the mail. I was starting to get worried.
