Ok, so I can work on my car and stuff no problem when it comes to non-electrical junk. So I'm not sure what is causing this problem at the moment but I'll try to explain it the best I can. Basically I'm looking for an educated guess at what might be the problem. Ok, my radio blew a fuse, I found it and replaced it, however I tore my console apart to check the fuse in the back of the radio. Ok so all is well the radio works now, but the cd player does not, it's the stock 6 disc in the truck. The red light is on but it does not load discs and the cd button on the radio gets no response when pressed. Also, the radio does not store memory ie. clock/radio presets when the car is shut off. My question then is does this sound like I messed up a ground, which I have checked and seemed fine, or maybe I screwed up some wiring? All fuses are a-ok. Any advice on what/where to check next would be helpful. Thanks. :talon:
