Ok Did a Deep Search on may topics and I did not find anything that really matched my issue...
My Top Searches were
Compressor Surge and BOV issues...
Ok the problem:
The Turbo, My -T-25 spools up sometimes and provides no power for a few sec and then the car takes off... which makes me say what the heck was that all about...
My Car:
2G 95 GSX w/ T-25 Greddy Big Front mount... No leaks(At least I hope not) Greddy IC pipes Upper Lower with the Noise box removed... and a Type S BOV... Turbo shows not sign of Shaft play (Can you dig it!!?
I'm only talking about Shaft!!!
)
My upgrade path was/is dictated by getting stuff cheaped /used or what ever... so it might seem insane to have a Big Front mount on with the my lil T-25...
Anyway most of the time 9 out of 10 times when I roll on the throttle the power comes on like it should and the car pulls very nicely... its that 1 time when I am at low PSI and the throttle being applies slowly(Just leaving a light with the clutch just engaging and the car is rolling I hear a scream (Boost Leak?) like sound and the turbo is spooling really loud and pressure is sorta building but the car just falls flat... and then as quick as it started the power comes on and the car kinda pulls in what feels like small pulse until I get off the throttle and push it down again... the call pulls fine... It is odd as heck!!
This never happens when I push the throttle down hard... only when I roll it on... It like a low throttle issue... again very odd
I do get flutter and I do get a Cha Cha sounds sometimes at low boost... From my searches it sounds like that may be the result of the BOV needed to be adj.... So I will
make an adj and see what happens..
But has anyone had the issue I posted above... It is really odd.. I will do a leak test pretty soon... I have been having trouble with IC pipes blowing off... but thats fixed now with the help of some mighty nice T-bolt style clampage!
Thanks in advance...

I take it you have a N/T w/ turbo or? It says N/T on your profile thing.
