RRE SS Oil Feed Line

ok so im trying to install the new oil line for the turbo cuz i stripped the bolt to the head for the other one.. im trying to take out the allen bolt on the oil filter housing and i cant dot get it loose! i tried heating it up with a torch and everything and it wont budge.. just feels like im gonna strip it any ideas??

Mine was a bi***,
heated, no change,.
i soaked in pb blaster, got a Craftsman alen set and put apipe on the end of it

gave it quick powerful jabs and it fineally broke loose.

and youll notice there is like 2x threads on the elbow fitting as on the allen plug. thereis no info on how far to tighten the elbow, so i turned mine in just a hair past the depth of the plug.
