Help my car died WAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

I need bigtime help I was driving about 30 and turned onto a road and when I went over a bump at the beginning of the road my car just died. All the lights still work just they revs dropped and it didn't sputter or anything it just stopped running. I coasted into a parking spot and popped the hood and couldn't find anything wrong. I haven't checked my timing belt but I am going to do that now. If anyone has any other idea of what it could be please tell me. I really need to get my car back on the road. HHHHHHHEEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!

I checked the timing belt and it was still good. The car turns over but will not start. Thanks for any and all help it is greatly appreciated

check the power transformer, it is a long rectangle plug by the injectors, alot of the times it wiggles off from vibration and all of a sudden the rpms just die, and all the power in the car is lost. if you dont have a haynes or a chiltons, invest in one quick, its in there.

Look for anything that came unplugged or unclamped. Just spend about 15 minutes tracing every wire you can see. That's the first step.

OK I believe I found the problem, BUT I don't know where to begin looking. The 30AMP engine fuse in the fuse box under the hood blew so I replaced it and it blew again. I have already looked at all the wires and it seems that their are no frays and I can't find anything disconnected but I really don't know what else to check besides that. If you guyz have anything at all please help.

So you have a short on that fuse circuit. Temporarily replace that fuse with a small 12 volt light bulb (somehow) and turn key to on but do not start engine. It should go on if you have a short. Then start disconnecting things till the bulb goes off and there's where your short is. Start with items you know are on that circuit and move to less likely things (or anything if you don't have a clue).
