I guess i'll start out with my mods, K&N intake, big 16g, apexi DP, apexi n1 exhaust, hks bov, greddy fmic, boost gauge and hallman pro boost controller and walbro 190 fuel pump. Ok now here is my problem. I got all the lines hooked up to my boost controller right, but i cannot get it to controller the boost. I put i vacumm test on my wastegate actuator and it opens under vacumm. I can step on the gas probably like 3/4 throttle and the boost gauge will just go all the way to 15psi before i let off because i don't want to hit fuel cut. So i was thinking maybe it's a bad boost controller, but this is my second one and it does the samething. So if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Did you make this one ? if so then you know about the ball and spring you used......make sure the air is pushing on the ball know what i mean ? you might have the boost controller backwards. The order = air to ball that pushes on spring and what ever psi ( how tight it is ) is when the spring will give and let the air pass allowing your actuator to open. ok ? anymore questions just ask , also make sure your using the right vac lines

i have the same prob but mine boost up to 22 psi! Someone told me that you disconnect the boost solenoid line and directly connect the wastegate to the boost controller then the boost controller to the turbo inlet hose.

It sounds like you guys are having boost creep problems. That will happen often with 3" exhausts, w/ no cat.. Do some searches on boost creep to see if you think that's your problem.

Or their wastegate could be sticking. Check both.

Also, if you are using an MBC, ditch the BCS. Leave it in the car plugged in so the computer doesn't go for a loop, though.

im having the same problem (mbc set at 14->19psi) and cant tell if its just because of the exhaust or a bad mbc.
oh, an LEET, could you explain more clearly why the bcs needs to be kept plugged in?
