91 laser RS does not start?

I am all confused on my car right now. It cranks when starting it, but it doesn't seem to start. I have replaced coilpack, power transistor, spark plugs, filter, and new ECU. What else can I look for to make it start up?Any help?

A little background on what happened to precipitate the car not starting?

Some basics:
1.) Check that you have spark
2.) Check that the plup wires are in correct order (4-3-2-1 on 1G Coilpack).
3.) Check that you have fuel
4.) Check that the T-Belt is not shreaded to hell
5.) Check that your MPI fuse is not blown/missing.
6.) Check that all electrical connectors are connected.
