Noise Turbo or Alt ... Need Help!

OK... my buddy bought a SRT-4 and I was barrowing his TurboXS BC. Now I took it off to give to him, then like 4hrs later I take my car out to BurgerKing... I boost and notice the BOV sounds funny... Fluttering.. .Coool.. But not good. So then I remember there is the T for the MBC and the turbo probley over spooled. So now I noticed I have a noise coming from that area of the car.. Alt or turbo(exhaust).... But I know my alt is probley going soon since the car has almost 90k on it and was never taken care over b4 i Bought it.. My light dim and shit all the time... Let me know what you guys think. My buddy has had 4 1g's and has had almost all the problems you could. And he has never heard this noise b4. I blew my stock OEM factory turbo like within 2k cause the bearing seized! ... this kind of sound like it but I did all the test, boosting 10-13psi wit stock setup (Upper/Lower IC Pipping, GreddyBOV, 3"Downpipe, Filter).... and I did the shaft play test too...

Its a sqeeling noise... Moves to RPM's/Boost pattern..... Like a supercharger sound.... I dont know.. Can't record or discribe it..

loud squeeling... check alt belt. probly too loose.

The Hy-Tech method that I use locate noise sources is with a broomstick. Hold the broomstick against the suspect source and hold the other end of the stick against your ear. Probe various locations on the engine and compare the sound level. The highest sound level is usually the source of the problem. Crude but effective.
