Take a look at my ECU, time for a new one?

Sorry its kinda blurry but i circled where the capacitors leaked (bottom circle) and where there is some brown crap(top circle).Smells fishy too :thumbdown Do you guys think this is saveable or am i going to have to get a new one? Also how do you tell if its an EPROM or not, my car is a 90 so i dont think i have one, ive heard only the 91-94s had them? I never really found the answer on that. Oh yeah the case says MD145903 . underneath that its E2T34478, under that is 0420. I was just wondering because it looks like a previous owner messed up the harness( a lot of electrical tape) and maybe he switched the ECU for an EPROM one( hey a guy can dream cant he). Thanks

Hey thanks for the link and to my suprise it is an EPROM but will just changing the capacitors and cleaning the board make my car start? This is the last possible conclusion ive come to as to why my car wont start and now that i know its an EPROM i want to try and save it so does anyone recommened where i can send it to where they will fix it? I know i could do it but id rather have it proffesionally done so they can get the brown stuff off too and i dont want to mess up
