Rear suspension problem

I just got new wheels and tires (17 x 8, 35mm offset wheels w/ 225-45-17 tires) and a few days after installing them, the tires are rubbing the fender. I checked it out and you can move the wheel w/ your hand back and forth. I had already gotten an alignment, but i decided to take it to a very reputiable shop to take a look and heres what they came up w/........Left rear forward lower control arm bushing is offset and rubbing the frame and need camber correction. My question is, would this be causing my tires to rub? The wierd part about it is, my car is down 1/8 inch from the other side of the car. I have Koni yellows w/ eibach prokit. Any light that can be shed on this would be great as i think i am trying to get rid of this car and want it fixed ASAP.

I have same size tires, and same springs, and I have no problems... but I cant move my tire by hand... that cant be a good thing. If you can move your rear tire by hand, just have a look at what is doing the moving that shouldnt be, and replace it.

Did you install the srings yourself? because, doing the rear only consists of 2 bolts on top, and 1 bolt behind the wheel.

I looked at it and diagnosed a control arm bushing and took it to an alignment shop and they said the same thing. That will get replaced, but could that be the reason for the tire rubbing?? Like i said, the back right is down a little more then the left, but i just couldnt see a bushing being a cause of that. My main concern is getting rid of this tire rubbing and id like to fix it in one shot and not buy a control arm assembly only to have my tire keep rubbing.
