Ok guys my cars a POS and whenever i try to start it (keep in mind it wont start or keep idle most of the time) the stations on the radio reset to the default...kinda like the battery was disconnected whats goin on here....is it my ecu?

do you have any way to monitor the voltage in your car a datalogger would be great but a volt meter of some kind would do. If your voltage is dropping low enough when you start the car you might be loseing your radio's memory.

Did you try replaceing your battery maybe it's getting old and crusty. I know I'm good about boiling up my batteries cause I have a nice stereo. The battery terminals on my car corrode like crazy too. My car wouldn't even start yesterday so I took the battery off to charge when I hooked it up tp the charger it was almost full. Took one look at the terminals and found the power flow problem.
