Sputtering/poping in lower rpm but not up top??

Ok, it started in denver and has not stopped. Soon as i hit 20psi the car starts to pop and sputter then if i stay in it in the upper rpm the poping will go away and the car will be normal, this is below 20psi by the way.

In 1st gear it does not pop at all just goes like it always has. I changed the bov out for another just to see if maybe it was releasing pre-maturaly . But that did nothing. It seems more like a ignition problem, i changed the plugs and gapped them all to .030, maybe i mess a plug up and its getting blown out at 20psi? The gap is fine on the plugs, i just checked it and they are fine. Just trying to think of any other ideas so thats were you guys come in.

First, regap them to .028.

Also, your running 20 PSI on pump gas with a 190 FP. what injectors are you running?

.030 is what i gapped them to ont he dyno while tuning my pump gas and then later on race gas. I will try .028 though.

Im running 550's which is what it says in my sig.

the 190 and 550s are fine for 20psi on pump gas. trust me, i have been running it this way for a long time now with NO problems, till saturday. Im thinking right now its a small boost leak somewhere that i have to find, when i get home from launch, with my leak tester. I just wanted some other opionions on things to check. So any help would be apreciated.
