hey i am having problems with my down pipe to the ic it keeps comming apart when i boost past 10 12 psi. What is causing this to happen. i have the j pipe comming from turbo to silicon hose then to metal pipe and thats where its blowing off is between the silicon hose and metal pipe. Anyone know y this is happening

Is your piping beaded? That is to say, does it have a ridge to prevent this? Perhaps you need better hose clamps (T-bolt style).

na its just a piece of SS pipe no flares or ridges on it and i was thinking about a stronger clamp but did not know if that would be the problem was the clamp

Simplest thing to do is take the pipe to a shop and have a bead welded around the pipe. The hose needs something to bite into or it will always blow off. Get both ends done while your there.

I had the same problem after fabricated my own IC piping, 1 of the pipes would always leak or blow off, like SrKegler said your best bet is to have a continuous bead welded around the pipe, this will keep the pipe from blowing off, I did this and never had the problem again.
