My car will turn over but will not start... I purchased it from a guy that way and just from what I know this does not look right what do yall think

if the crank is on time and the marks are like that...then yes, its a god chance. but check to see if ur cranks in time before anything else. post reply once u check.

make sure you check your ignition and fuel system as well.
