Recently...for the past couple of weeks usually in the morning when I go to turn on my car....i turn it on step outside and I notice that the exhaust shoots out this "squirt" of what seems to blackish water crap on the ground. I dont think its oil...maybe im wrong but it doesnt it every morning when I go to start my car. There is no smoke or anything, just this little shot of black waterish stuff...any idea what it could be?

Probably condensation while the exhaust's still cold. It's what leaves the blort on the walls where cars back up against them to park. If your water level isn't changing, the car will shortly give you something else to be neurotic about.

I have seen this many times...
Cars got a case of the sh5ts!!!!!!!

Probably just too rich on start up. Or just trapped moisture when the exh cools and it condenses.. then mixes with soot in the system,
