For the most part the car runs and drives perfectly fine. However, every once in a while the engine will suddenly sound like it is running on 3 cylinders. When it does this it has very little power and the a/f gauge reads a constant lean condition. If I turn the car off and immediately restart it, it runs perfect again.

Additional info: I have a complete 6Bolt Swap with 1G head. The swap has 800 miles on it. I also had a CEL for the o2 sensor and idle control system. I replaced the o2 sensor and it didnt help.

The only other thing I can think to change is the coil pack. Any other suggestions?

it has nothing to do with you coil pack, mine has it to, it is in every 2g with a 1g. the best way is to get a 93 94 cas. sometimes that gets rid of it. if not you have to get a dsmlink. or you can do the 10k pot. mod but if you dont have a digital o2 gauge and a safc i would advise against it.

How does DSMlink fix the problem? IM planning on getting it in the future. I heard about people throwing a CEL for misfiring when they swap a 1G into a 2G, but I wasnt sure if this was the same thing. When this happens, my car runs like shit until I restart it.

I heard about the potentiometer mod, but I didnt wanna do it since I dont have any fuel control right now.
