My car has been together for about a week since I did a 1g headswap/metal HG/ARP studs install. I have UR cam gears retarded 2 degrees. I have never done a timing belt job before, so before I took the whole thing apart I took pictures of all the timing marks. When I finally got it all back together, the car runs like crap. It runs really rich and gets bad gas mileage. I put a different O2 sensor in and it does the same thing. It seems to run fairly rough, but I cannot really tell because I have prothane motor mounts, and it has always felt rough. So... Is it possible that one or both of my cam gears is off? What do you think is the problem? Thanks in advance!

Yeah, it's quite possible you could be off a tooth or 2. I haven't worked with adjustable cam gears before. I'd say put them back to the stock setting and align all the marks. When I had a belt slip a tooth on me, I could tell - throttle response was terrible.
