Toronto,
Hi,

I have noticed that when I put the heat knob all the way to red (yes even after an hour of driving) the air that blows is cold, and my A/C button is off...what is the problem? how can I fix this?? thanks.

That or the heater core or a line leading to it or a valve that opens to circulate warm water thru that is clogged or is not being activated. It's a mini radiator so it can get corroded and clogged just like a radiator.

Did you use any stop leak product since last time it was working?

Do you hear something moving when you turn the dial?

I never had any problems with mine yet, but i've worked on a lot of cars that had no heat.

Usually it is the heater control valve, as the cores generally leak when they corrode, but stopleak can clog it up, particularly if there was some in there and you drained the coolant (allowing air in to harden the stop leak).

Just some ideas for thing you might be able to check out.

BTW if you get the chance can you possibly assist me with my Blower motor problem?
