Do your side markers pop out???

The side markers on my 97 GS-T pop out every once in a while. It's usually the passanger side marker. I tried putting some tape on the inside to hold it in but that only last for a while. So if this has happened to you, what did you do? buy new markers? thanks in advance guys.

WHOA holly crap the new DSMtuners is bad ass.

ok other then that yea my sidemarkers pop out when i launch hard or pass 90. i cant ever seem to keep them in. i dont really worry about it.

Bend the springs out a bit to get more tension.

They pop out all the time and have water in them.

Mine in my 2G popped out a few times, usually during an autocross coming out of a corner. Oddly, it was the passenger one too. I've even lost my 1G sidemarkers on the passenger side - but never once on the drivers' side

To keep the water out, clean the gasket on the base of the bulb holder, and/or replace it with a new O ring.

I'm going to bend the spring clip for more tension, and if that doesn't work i'll figure something out, thanks guys.

Especially the aftermarket clear corners have this problem...

Mine seems to stay in fine now (but then again, I don't launch or do 200mph), but at first the hook shown in Definant's picture wasn't catching well. Just keep messing with it.

Yea, I had that same problem, except that both of them popped out during any kind of jolt. To fix this, I ground off the two plastic ridges on both sides of the plastic hook. I haven't had a problem since. BTW I had this problem with both the OEM ones and the clear ones
