broken tranny???

Ok, well I jsut installed a big T28 upgrade a few days ago. I am running 15psi and have no MODS other then K&N intake and a 1g BOV. Car seemed to run fine for 2 days after the Turbo swao untill late last night.

My car died on the way home. Since then the transmission has not been acting normally and my car dies occasionally at idle. The transmission seems to not be switching gears at the proper times and also seems to be confused as to when I switch from D and R. it takes an extra second to activate and/or jerks harder then normal it seems.

Any ideas> I've been told I need a tranny cooler, unfortunately I do not have an EGT probe wired to my guage yet.

T28 without fuel mods is a no no along with 15psi, your asking to melt of burn engine internals. Also sounds like your torque convertor is on its way out, the more power your car has the more power the TC has to transfer to the wheels. It soon may start slippin like your falling in and out of gear. Been there done it twice its no fun

just to make sure you arn't making a mountain out of a mohill check the tranny fluid level.
