What kind of boost control do you have? If you have an aftermaket boost controller than check to make sure that it is hooked up properly. If you are 100% sure that it is hooked up right then take it off and hook the solenoid back up and see if that fixes your problem. If not then hook it back up and screw the adjustment screw all the way down (should not allow much if any boost.) If that works, then slowly back the set screw out and take it around the block until you are satisfied with the boost levels. If you have the stock solenoids, then I would check to make sure that the vaccuume hoses are hooked up properly. Specifically the one that runs to the wastegate acctuator. If it is not hooked up properly it might not be sending any pressure to the wastegate accuator to open the wastegate flapper. If you are 100% sure that is not the problem then I would try a new wastegate actuator and then maybe the solenoids. Good luck and keep us updated on how this works!
