My car has a bladder problem

Every time it rains good (which has been all the time lately) my spare tire well fills with water. I pull one of the little ribber plugs and the car takes a leak in the driveway. Any one else come across this problem? Where should I start looking?

First thing you do is check to make sure the two drains in the hatch aren't blocked.
The you check to make sure your wing mounting hardware isn't leaking water through the hatch into the car.

The two drains in the hatch work good. They drain out right behind the rear wheels. Nothing in the truck area gets wet. The best I can tell is that water is leaking in over somewhere over the rear axle. As soon as I can, I'll pull up the carpet and spare tire cover to investigate more.
