what is easiest way to get access to the lower screw to remove a throttle position sensor?!?! I finally got a resonably priced used one and i can't get the old one off to replace it. Please help. Thanks.

Also, this needs to be done while the Throttle Body is out of the car due to the fact the fuel rail blocks the lower screw to adjust it.
