steering wheel forces

When driving, sometimes I can feel my steering wheel pull to the left. Before, when my driving side tires were unbalanced, it shifts alot to the right. But now when I replaced, it's gone, and now it goes right.

I did hit my passenger side wheels on the sidewalk curb.

My question is, is the wheel alignment? Crack in between the rim and tire? Anything else?

I need to know so I know where to bring it to to get it fixed.
