Seems like one prob no one can figure out.

Alright, I have done every freaking check out and can't figure this out. I tested for boost leaks, there are none. I tested for vacumm leaks, there are none however my vacumm is at 13-15 fluctuating(a little low). I tested my compression, it's perfect. I checked my timing, it's perfect. I replaced my plugs and plug wires, I am getting good spark. I adjusted the BISS, the rpms are good. When I go to log my car it runs extremely lean at idle like around 15% on the pocket logger and it constantly fluctuates up and down yet it smells and looks so rich (soot out my exhaust). I have 550's in my car and on the SAFC I have it set to +10% at 1000 rpms and yet it is still saying it is lean! The car is fine when I am driving as long as I don't suddenly slam on the breaks, if you do that the car will nearly die. Now, I did notice that there is a slight leak coming from my turbo to manifold gasket. I can feel it blowing on my hand when I put it down there. Could this leak cause the car to run this shitty? I ordered a new one and it is on the way. Any other ideas?

If your exh. manifold to turbo gasket is leaking, that can cause power loss. Considering you need that gas to spool your turbo.

Are you sure your O2 sensors are working?

Your running too rich maybe....

What do your EGTs say at idle. It is possible you are so rich you arn't completely burning in the CC and it is getting into the manafold. Try leaning that afc out at idle.

Do the quick check to see if it is idling on all cylinders.

If you really want to be sure pull the exhaust manny and start the car (in the dark). What does the flame look like in each cylinder.

There are many reasons why.....have you checked to see if it is?

The flame color and intensity can tell you alot about the engine. But the simple pull the plug wire test works for just checking things simply.

If you can post a log of

Karman HZ, RPM, injector duty cycle, and fuel pressure (it should stay constant just read it off a gauge)

i would check your EGR valve. If your engine came equipped with one. make sure that it isnt leaking by at idle or opening too far under throttled vacuum. the fluctuation 13-15 "hg @ idle im assuming you used a vac gauge and not just what your datalogger says. check valve timing. the EGR will cause that vacuum problem also.

just a thought.
let us know.

oh yeah when you check fuel PRESSURE, Make sure you check fuel volume. maybe your fuel filter is partially plugged. that would explain rich @ idle and lean under load.
im just listing possibilities since this car is not in front of me.

if you decide to take your exhaust manifold off and look at the flame coming out the exhaust port, do Not do it for over 10 seconds and do Not rev the engine up like this.

I've seen too many people burn up exhaust valves doing that.
