OK here is the story...

Well I was driving one day and there was this car that slams on its breaks... so I had to slam on mine... Well after that my car wouldn't shift into first.. everytime I did it would kick me out.. same when I tried to shift it to second. So I shut the car off and restart it and then it worked..

But now when I shift into 1st second or reverse with my clutch fully engaged the car is still shaking and will idle a little lower than it should and the car shakes. So it will drop to like 700 rpm with the clutch fully down. Another symptom that started that day is when i downshift at low RPMs it shakes... not like ultra low RPMS i am not retarded.... Like from 4.5k from 4th to 3rd it will kinda make a noise *clunk* and then it kinda makes that shake thing again... Where as before this incident it didnt happen.

I am thinking fly wheel?

I had my clutch installed at 2002 of september. ACT 2100
but I only had the fly wheel resurfaced.. So I was wondering would that have f*cked my fly wheel up or something along those lines? I am guessing it has something to do with the tran. assembly. Pls reply

ok not one person?

well if this helps the pedal kinda vibrates a lot when I have the clutch fully down on second and on first gear when i am at a stand still.

everytime I did it would kick me out
What does this mean? You could slip it into gear (smoothly?) but then when you tapped the gas it would slip out of gear?

This along with some more :p could be a couple things. It could be just that the clutch is not fully DISengaging and barely dragging. In doing so you will have a little drag on the motor even with the clutch depressed (DISengaged) which could cause stumble and low rpm/shaking in the car. However you said wihen you shift and the clutch is engaged the car still shakes -- so either you accidentally said that when you meant be engaged that the pedal was depressed (DISengaged clutch) OR you meant that and the car shakes while in gear with the clutch engaged (pedal upright). Is there more play than before while in gear now? Do the gears actually grind? Have you scoped out obvious things like shift linkage?

Something in the lines/cylinder could be going (seal, leak...etc) and that was all it needed for the hydraulic pressure to drop and now the clutch is not fully disengaging. I also know that when you slam your brakes your ECU usually holds rpm up and bumps it up to help prevent stalling... this jump in rpm maybe a little more than you are used to and switching gears just felt a little different do to it. Simpyl leaving the car off for an hour or so will aleviate that so I doubt thats it :D

Slip yoru clutch-- but use lower rpms so you dont burn it -- in first gear from a stop and accelrate very slowly. This should probably tell your if yoru flywheel is out of clockwork.

No it just wouldnt let me shift into gear after that altercation. Well actually I did get it into gear once for like a second or 2 and then grind and kick out... no gas involved.

Second part... I meant to say when my pedal is all the way down and the clutch pedal is all the way down... which would mean its disengaged... hahaha i am a retard?

So on low RPMs like it will still start fine for the most part but my clutch pedal isnt as stiff as it was before I got into this altercation. When I launch I need to go up a little more on the rpms to launch... Not like insane ammounts but a little. Reverse is like messed up badly...

You know when you get shakes from not enough gas... yeah I get those even though the clutch pedal is all the way down. It feels like that in gear when the car isn't moving. And it VIBRATES a lot. To the extent my leg gets numb from it.

And also the when I go into reverse I can't do what I used to do... so Low end control with the gas and the clutch is a big no no and different as hell.

P.S. Thanks for the reply candela.
