just bought a new horn...the steering wheel buttons have to be pushed HARD to work!

ok, i just put a new horn on and you have to push the buttons on the steering wheel REALLY hard to get it to work....sometimes it doesnt even like to work, i need to get this fixed because inspection time is coming up
