My damn car is having electrical issues. The guages/tails lights and parking lights all go out...and when they do its becuase a blade type fuse in the main fuse block is blown, i replaced the 15amp with a 20 I had, and that blew, then I put in a 30...and all the lights were bright for a bit...and after a few seconds all the tail lights got extremely dim BUT stayed on...(they had actualy switched brightness levels more then once, eiother normal or very dim) and I smelt burning electronics in the interior....when i removed the 30 amp fuse it was very hot...

is there any obvious short that happens on this circuit?

Where exactly does this circuit go?

Why would the tail lights get dim but stay on?

Ok, If you have read my old post, you will know I am continuously blowing dedicated fuse 1 on my 90 GSX. Thats the tail light circuit fuse shown here

First I disconnected all the tail and parking lights and guages, which did nothing. So then I pulled the tail light relay, figuring it could not blow, sinc eon the wiring diagram there is NOTHING between the dedicated fuse and the relay. It still blows though. If I pull sub fusible link 7 it does not blow...But I suppose that makes perfect sense. It does not metter if the tail light switch is flipped or not....so what should I be looking for? I don't have a multi meter but I can probably get one if nessecary.
