1G EGR valve?

I was told to pull the vacum line off of the EGR valve and plug it to see if it helped my surge at an idle. I just cant find the EGR valve. Does it even have one? (92 laser rs turbo awd).

It is in the area under the throttle body.

it's mounted to the intake manifold, kinda square-ish looking thing but not really. You'll see it when you look down there.
