Engine Doesnt start

Car : 1990 Awd Eagle Talon TSI ....
Motor: J-spec (same shi*) 4g63
BONE STOCK !.....

just bought the car from some one for $1000.00
car starts fine when the upper intercooler pipe is not connected ...
Car does not start when the Upper IC pipe is on ....

Ive already flushed (completly taken apart and reconnected) the lower and upper intercooler pipe .... checked the BOV and also took off the throttle body elbow....

the car has been sitting for 3 years .... So ive already did an oil change , drained the tank , put 91 ocatane w/ Fuel injector cleaner/ new plugs ....and a battery ..

Im new to DSM's ( converted from Honda) So if anyone can please help me ... it would be greatly Appreciated .....Thanks

Does it still run if you reconnect the ic pipe after you get it started?

no it doest .... after i connect the intercooler piping after its started , it just dies !

i dont know what the problem is ????/

Well It sounds like the intercooler is clogged or one of the hoses, and I know you said you flushed intercooler and made sure all the hoses are clean, but maybe try blowing into the intercooler to see if isn't clogged.
