I am having a problem with my EVO3 turbo or it may not be the turbo
because I had the same issue with my T25. When boot 15 pounds
and push it. It kinda sputters, a sound like if you were putting paper in a fan or something. I am beginng to wonder if its the turbo or something else and I cant figure it out.I have EVO3 tubro,uper intercooler pipe,3inch exhaust,intake,emange,injectors,1 gen bov

have you pressure tested the s shaped intercooler pipe that comes from the compressor housing to the sidemount intercooler?Im getting the same problem with my car.I havent tested mine yet but it looks like it
has been rubbing against the lower engine mount bracket.Let me know what you find out.(s-afc,dejon 3'' intake,uicp,1 gen bov,mbc,boost,a/f,oil press. gauges).I noticed my car leans out a little bit when it stutters and its only during boost{in between 9 and 15lbs of boost}.

You tell me what MAS over run is and why he had the same issues with a T-25 at 15 PSI... And explain to me why he woul have MAS over run with a evo 16G....

mas over run is when the amount of airflow through the mass air sensor exceeds what the mass air sensor can count....aka the mass air sensor is maxed out and there is still more air flowing through than can be counted....why would an evo 16g over run a mas???....DUH!!!.....hmmm maybe because the evo 16g flows about 10 times more than the t-25.....while i'm at it let me remind you to read the rules of the forums..."don't give tech advise unless you have first hand knowledge of the subject" .......and then "don't add to flamewars".......really, you should know better!!!.....
