engine stalls

hey i got a problem when i m driving normal and i get it up to like 5000 rpm and come to a sudden stop the car will stall all or if i just rev it up in neutral it usually dies i looked under the hood and the wire going to the top of that idler switch is cut off of it would that be the problem?

i do belive you have found your problem. Does your idle get kind of funny when you are rolling and not giving the car any gas? like your idle is surging? Or are you venting? when i vented to hear it if i rev up like that and let off the gas the car died.

i got that turbo xs rfl blow off and it says its vented into the atmosphere so i dunno how that would turn the car off though when i rev it. when i m just rolling the idle is like fine sits around 1,300 only if i come to a stop quick or rev it will sometimes die out or else it will just drop to like 300 and come back up to normal.
