what i said, basically it misfires across the band. It is not boost or rpm dependant it will misfire at anytime. If i reset the ecu, unplug the battery, it will go away for about 30 hw miles then it hits again. If i reset it after every use it wont happen but i imagine there is still something wrong going on but the ecu hasnt had time to adjust. Changed plugs and wires, tested secondary resistance on coils and they were in specs but i am going to retest the coil again. Ideas...why would the ecu reset make it go away? am still kinda suspecting the coils or just hoping that that is it. It runs rich and has without a s-afc, plugs are black after few miles, also note bad compression. I know there are a lot of possibilities.?

If resetting the ECU fixes it, odds are it has to do with tuning. Check for boost leaks and stuff, and get a datalogger on the car if you can.

Also, obviously make sure that the plugs and wires are in proper order.

My money is on boost leaks though.
