Fuel problems?!

Ie been having a really wierd problem with my car shaking and stalling like theirs no fuelafterits warmed up a little. If its dead cold ill start it up and drive it fine. But then if i park it (already warmed up) for say 45 min. and get back in it and start it, my idle on the verge of dying and when i aceelerate its like its getting no gas because its starts shaking and vibrating and goes NOWHERE. I mean i can stomp on it and all it does is shake(chug if you will) and not accelerate at all. But only after ill drive it once.
Any suggestions will be very helpful.
Im going to start cheap and put a new fuel filter in today(maybe its clogged-old) and see where that gets me

That's a good place to start and while you have the fuel rail depressurized; take the fuel injectors out and look a the micro screen on the tops and see if they are clean.
