I removed my EGR and cleaned up the TB a couple weeks ago, my car used to bog all the time so i figured this would help, but now it bogs first 5-10 minutes of driving just about everytime i turn on my and drive. I have an aftermarket boost gauge, when the car is boggin i will floor it or even at leaste give it half throttle, but the gauge isnt reading any boost, then all of the suddon it will kick in and shoot up to 15 psi, it only does this for about 5 minutes or so, does anybody know what it could be??

have u done a boost leak test? maybe u have a major boost leak somewhere. also check ur plugs and wires. also, is there a CEL that pops up? sorry i cant help u much.

Nope, thier isnt any check engine light, and the plugs and wires are fairly new, i thought it might b a boost leak also but after about 5 minutes the problem goes away and everything works normal.

Sounds to me like your choke is sticking closed only when the car is cold. Maybe when you cleaned the throttle body some deposits got on the sensor for the choke. If the problem only happens on cold starts that would be my guess..
