Will the metal 93 intake mani gasket go on 90

I am trying to pull my intake manifold off and I can not get to the bolts on the bottom side, do I have to remove my a/c compresor???
And most important can I use the metal gasket used on the 93 and newer cars, mine is a 90 awd..........
I need some help here I have looked at the fvaq's etc....Nothing,Thanks

Also I just read somthing about an upper AND lower intake manifold gasket.
Can someone please tell me how many and what all gaskets I need to buy and replace while I am fixing my intake manifold leak, what about the injector o-rings etc..... Please let me know now so I do not have to take it all apart a month or two from now.
