When my engine gets hot after I race, my rpm drops down low when i come to stops and sometimes dies. If I race my car at all and then stop and turn it off, when i come back to start it again, when i turn the key i have to have my foot on the gas a little so the rpm flies up right when the engine starts or else my rpm will just drop instantly and die. Im almost positive that its involved with my intake. The owner before me removed the honey combs and silencers and all in the MAF. The air filter is also the cheap stock one. My engine stays extremely hot for a long time if i race it at all. This only happens if the engine area is hot. After its cooled down there are no rpm problems at all. Any help would be appreciated.

-i forgot to mention this but theres no hose going from the intake to the blow off valve, the two spouts are plugged. also its not the stock blow off valve, i think its from a differant kind of car. not sure if this makes any differance

prob ur stalling out if u atmosphere u will stale unless maf-t blow through setup but i could be wrong but check ur bov it not recirculated check if its leaking at idle if so thats prob ur stalling out problem

Stalling-
dirty throttle body
bad ISC
Leaking ECU caps
Venting to Atmosphere
Biss Idle Screw

Also, Check your coolant level and replace ur thermastat and see if your engine temp goes back to normal.

you're venting to the atmosphere, it's gonna kill itself...mine did it for awhile but it doesn't anymore...now it has other problems...LOL...i need 2 recirulate... :dsm:
