Qlueless

The other day i noticed my car was laggey wasn't accelerating i could barley hear the turbo spool or the bov vent. I opened up the hood to take a look see if i had a vac leak. I notice that i have a puddle of oil on the inside of the valve cover(where the spark plug wires go) i wipe it away trying to see if i have a crack or hole. I opened the oil cap and a small cloud of smoke comes out. I checked the oil and it was good. I want to say the turbo is going out but where is the oil coming from? what should i check? oohh leading up to this i had my car out at the track and my boost spiked to 20psi on a good amount of runs before i turned it down. anyways thanks for the help

Ok got a update after checking the engine bay one more time. I noticed that the screw that goes into the back of the hks bov was missing looked underneath it blame. screw it back in crank her up nothing. I went for one more ride and i noticed clouds of white smoke coming out my exhaust not huge but at wot. I could see it from my rearview. Also im hearing a tick after i turn the car off
