Fuel System...Cold starting woes

I am having some cold startup issue with my car. Whenever the car sits for more than a few hrs, it takes a couple cranks to get started. This doesn't bother me that much. However, when it does turn over, it stumbles/hesitates for a slight moment and then goes to the normal cold start idle speed (around 1700rpms for me). I replaced my fuel filter a week ago. Initially it wasn't tight and this is what I thought was causintg the problem since the car would have to reprime every time. I tightned it (top and bottom) and it wasn't as bad. But it still hesistates/stutters for a slight moment before going to idle. Now this is only when it's cold. When it's warm, it's fine. Plugs/wires are in good shape. Thoughts? Fuel pump is a 190 rewired. Had it about a 10 months and it's never given me a problem.

My car does the same thing. I'm pretty sure it's a faulty valve in my walbro fuel pump that is supose to prevent fuel from draining back into the fuel tank when the engine is shut off. So when the car has been sitting for a while, the pressure line is empty, and it takes a few extra seconds of cranking to prime the fuel system.

It's not a cranking issue. It basically cranks right up. However, after it cranks/starts up, it stumbles and hesistates just a little before idling normal. My Walbro pump is less than a year old.

I have the same problem with my car I would love to figure out why it does that someone give us a hand! Do we need new fule pumps?? I have a fuel cut off switch installed on my car and the car is doing the same type of thing as if I had my fuel cut off switch on without dying of course.
