Clutch pedal adjustment problem or?

This just happened while i was on my way home,whenever i push in the clutch pedal it becomes harder near the firewall and i have to use a lot of force to push it in so it doesnt grind when i shift gears, would this be an adjustment problem??? any advice??

Read the section on 2g pedal pump up. That should take care of your problems.
