rusted out radiator support

I'm trying to get my 97 talon back on the road. One roadblock I've hit is my radiator support (lower side) is rusted beyond any hope of using. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience replacing this?

Thanks. I did see that thread. That looks like what I need to do. I was hoping that someone local has dealt with this.
