So I figured why lower it with just springs, having 12 year struts they would probably be worn out. So I bought the Tokico HP Kit from extremepsi.com, I love them they have been great to me, always get my parts out really fast.
Well the install was straight forward, front took bout 40 minutes a piece, back took bout 20 minutes a piece that was with the whole thing on jackstands and the wheels off.
I used a bench style compressor which puts the autoparts store one to shame.
The front left strut was blown and was gooey, I had really no idea though.
The back left strut bump stop cap was rusted on, used a torch and liquid nitrogen to free it right up.
I still have to get a camber kit for the rear and need to get it aligned.
But so far there is hardly any body roll, I can take turns twice as fast, looks 10x better than stock.
The ride is really firm but bumps arent too bad. I do have a problem with my marker lights falling out when the bumper scuffs the ground which is annoying...
In the pictures a 17"x 8" wide wheel with a 215/50/17 tire is used.
That pretty much finishes the looks catagory. Still need to get the rear window tinted, get the passenger side sideskirt cap repainted, front bumper painted, CF hood and thats bout it really.
Also in these pics there is hardly any gas in the car at all less than an 1/8 of a tank
Oh here are some before pics
